I love this! Have you considered offering the Fall template as a .PDF? I bet many of us would love to use it.

And I can't tell you how much I agree with how much focused I am when I feel like I've worked out / done yoga, etc. Really glad I ended up hanging on to the Peloton to keep me active during the heatwaves this summer.

Congrats on getting to the revision. I'm cheering you on!

Good point! I saved it as a PDF but when I try to update the newsletter it just shows up like an image. I can email it to you, but I'm frustrated I can't figure out how to add the download to the post.

I love this too. I'll be cheering you on the whole time. My sensitive body taught me years ago that self-care (exercise and diet, especially) were the price of accomplishing anything else. My diet varies a bit (stretches of too many chocolate squares per day or too many glasses of red wine in a given week), but is overall good. The exercise is non-negotiable. My high energy has no outlet without it. I just get mean, and didn't want to do that to my family. Days without attention to either disabled my brain and wrecked havoc on my to-do list progress.

Yoga in the morning makes me feel amazing all day and sharpens my focus.

Cheering you on for this focus and for your revision!

Yoga is amazing--even twenty minute gentle yoga makes a big difference. Yesterday our refrigerator made it look like it was giving up the ghost, but after one day of healthy habits--one!!--a big problem that would normally make me grumble oh, fuck just made me ask oh?

Also cheering you on with mad respect for your vulnerability in this post & a shared humility as I try to start running again after many years. Also welcoming any and all exercise playlists you may make! xo

I'm not sure the best way to share my playlists, but I'll offer you this tip: Your mileage may vary, but I've guaranteed myself a laugh mid run by using the shuffle feature and including Hot Chocolate's "You Sexy Thing" on every exercise playlist I've ever made. The sweatier and grosser you feel, the bigger the laugh, I find. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E3fX2_bxEkg
